Please keep in mind the following:

 

PERMANENT MAKEUP  SERVICES ARE MULTI-STEPS TREATMENTS!

All permanent makeup requires a minimum of 2 appointments, in some cases 3.

​

The Perfection Session is recommended within 4 up to 8 weeks of your first session, depending the treatment, in this case we will let you know the ideal time frame based on your initial treatment. 

 

Pricing varies by technique & time frame. Any booking treatment after 8 weeks will be considering a Touch up and the price will be according to the technique.

​

Touch Up is consider a service done any time after 8 weeks up to 12 months.  

​

All Sessions are subject to: Deposit, Rescheduling & Cancelation Policy’s




CHANGING YOUR / TECHNIQUE / COLOR / SHAPE: If you decide to do another technique, change the shape, color, or thickness on your follow up or annual touch up appointment, extra fees will be applied ($200). Also, an additional Follow Up Session will be required to achieve the desired results, since this will be the same as doing a new procedure.

We do NOT consider a touch up if the first treatment wasn't performed by us. PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP FROM ANOTHER ARTIST / COVERUP / CORRECTION; will be subject to a previous Consultations to evaluate the case.

DEPOSIT:
 To book and appointment we require a deposit. Your deposit is a retainer reserving the artist’s time. Your retainer fee will be applied toward your balance on the day of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable.

PAYMENT:
 Your balance is due in full on the day of your procedure. We also accept Cash, Zelle, as a form(s) of payment. We DO NOT accept personal checks.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:
 You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable post 72 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 Same day cancellation and NO SHOW will get charged 100% of the scheduled service price. 

​

LATE POLICY:
 Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, NY Ink Beauty Arts will cancel your appointment, resulting on the loos of the Deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: We provide the same service for every client, but the healed results can vary with every client due to health conditions, medications, pre/post care & pigment retention. This is directly related to your immune system, skin type, lifestyle. 

As a Tattoo Artist and Skincare Specialist, I can only predict how the skin will may behave. There are several factors that will affect the final results; therefore, healed results are beyond my control.
